As an Iranian citizen watching the struggle for freedom in my homeland, I deeply admire Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s brave stance against the Iranian regime. Iran is a nation rich in diversity, home to many ethnic groups—Persians, Kurds, Azeris, Baluchis, Arabs, Lors, Turkmen, and others—each with their own identity and dreams for a free and just society.

For decades, the Iranian regime has ruled with fear and oppression, suppressing these diverse peoples under one harsh ideology. It uses violence, censorship, and terror to silence voices of change. But the brave Kurdish people, in particular, have become a beacon of resistance. It was Kurdish youth in Iran who sparked the Mahsa Amini uprising, a courageous movement demanding justice, equality, and freedom. This uprising shook the regime to its core and showed the world that Iranians are ready to fight for their rights.

Mr. Netanyahu, your leadership in standing firmly against Tehran’s tyranny sends a powerful message not only to the Iranian regime but also to those of us yearning for change inside Iran. The Iranian government exports terror, threatens peace in the Middle East, and denies its own people the basic freedoms they deserve.

I urge you to continue being brave and unwavering until the Iranian regime no longer threatens the region or the hopes of millions inside Iran. Your courage inspires not only Israelis but also oppressed peoples like us who dream of a future free from dictatorship.
