Over the past week, the world watched as Israel’s defense forces carried out precise strikes against Iranian military targets. Billions of dollars’ worth of Iranian weapons were destroyed in hours. Years of spending, stockpiling, and building up arms — gone.

But while Iran’s rulers mourn their lost weapons, the Iranian people are mourning something much worse: their lost future.

For decades, Iran’s regime has stolen billions from its own citizens. Money that could have been used to fix broken water systems, build hospitals, provide medicine, and improve schools was instead taken to fund secret nuclear programs and endless weapon production.

Instead of clean water, Iranians in many towns get dirty or no water at all. Instead of modern hospitals, patients wait in overcrowded clinics without basic medicine. Instead of jobs and hope, young people face poverty and hunger.

Trillions Spent on Useless Weapons

The Iranian regime has spent trillions over the years building nuclear infrastructure and producing rockets, drones, and other weapons. These were meant to scare Israel and the West.

But when the time came, these weapons proved useless against the brave men and women of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Israel’s defense technology, intelligence, and readiness stopped Iran’s attacks and destroyed their most prized military sites.

While Iran’s leaders sit in luxury, millions of Iranians suffer. Food prices are rising fast. Medicine is hard to find. Diseases spread because hospitals are underfunded. Farmers cannot grow crops because of severe water shortages.

Many families are forced to choose between buying bread or paying for basic health care. Meanwhile, the regime spends millions more each day on foreign militias in Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen — groups that bring no benefit to the Iranian people.

Israel remains strong, ready, and committed to defending its people. The IDF’s recent actions not only protected Israeli lives but also showed the world the truth — Iran’s massive military spending cannot hide the weakness of its regime.

While Iran builds weapons, Israel builds technology, innovation, and life-saving solutions. From advanced medical research to water-saving farming methods, Israel proves that investment in people brings real security.

Iran’s people deserve better. They deserve leaders who care about clean water, good hospitals, and safe communities — not nuclear missiles and secret bunkers.

Israel will continue to defend itself, but it will also continue to hope for a day when Iran’s people are free to live in peace, without fear or hunger. Until then, the world can see clearly: the Iranian regime’s weapons may be big, but they are nothing against truth, freedom, and the determination of a nation that values life over destruction.
