Danger Is Growing – From Iraq to Israel
Right now, Iran is using armed groups in Iraq to threaten Israel. These groups are called militias, and they work for Iran’s government, not for the people of Iraq.

They are getting stronger. They are getting closer. And they are saying out loud that they want to hurt Israel.

Israel must take this seriously.

Who Are These Militias?
These are not just small gangs. They are large armed groups with thousands of fighters. They have rockets and drones. Some of them even fought in Syria and Lebanon.

Here are their names:

Kata'ib Hezbollah

Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq

Harakat al-Nujaba

Badr Organization

Saraya al-Khorasani

All of them are trained and paid by Iran.

Iran Gives the Orders – Not Iraq
Even though they are based in Iraq, these militias do not listen to the Iraqi government. They listen to Iran’s leaders, especially the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC).

This means that Iran is using Iraq as a base—a place to move weapons and plan attacks.

How Close Are They?
The closest point between Iraq and Israel is about 500 miles (about 800 kilometers) away—near the border between western Iraq and eastern Jordan.

This is not far. With missiles or drones, these militias could reach Israeli territory in minutes if they launch an attack.

What Do They Want?
These militias have said many times that they are part of the “resistance against Israel.” They praise Hamas and Hezbollah. Some of them say they are ready to join any war against Israel.

This is not just talk. In the past year, they have attacked U.S. bases, tried to send drones toward Israel, and worked with Iran’s other proxies in Syria and Lebanon.

What Should Israel Do?
Israel must not wait. The IDF should:

Watch these militias closely

Gather intelligence on their bases

Work with allies in the region (like Jordan and the U.S.)

Be ready to strike if they come too close

Just like Israel took strong action in Syria against Iranian bases, we must be ready to do the same in Iraq if needed.

Final Words: Be Prepared
Iran is trying to surround Israel with enemies—from Lebanon, Syria, Gaza, Yemen, and now Iraq. These Iraqi militias are just another part of Iran’s plan to attack Israel without using their own army.
