The Israeli military said today it killed Abu Obeida, the longtime spokesman for Hamas’s armed wing, in a targeted strike in Gaza City. Officials identified him as Hudayfa (Hudhayfa) Kahlout and said the operation was conducted with the Shin Bet. Hamas media channels have been quiet on his status, while reports from Gaza described additional casualties in the same strike.
